At a Glance
Producer Portfolio does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. All content you create stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We have no servers and no access to your data.
Producer Portfolio ("the App") is developed by Mike Coxon ("we," "us," or "the developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
Information You Provide
The App stores the following information locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud container (iCloud.Team-Task-Nags.Producer-Portfolio):
- Track names, artist names, album/session names, and summaries
- Lyrics and lyric revision history
- Session tasks, notes, and time-tracking records
- Custom settings (statuses, categories, platform options)
- Artwork images you choose to add to tracks, artists, or albums
- Security-scoped bookmarks to project folders and archive destinations you select
This data is never transmitted to the developer or any third party.
Photo Library Access
If you choose to add artwork, the App requests access to your photo library. Images you select are copied into the App's local data store. The App does not upload photos anywhere.
Files and Folders
If you link a project folder or choose an archive destination, the App stores a security-scoped bookmark to that location. The App only accesses those folders when you explicitly use related features (opening a project folder or archiving a session).
iCloud Sync
When you enable "All My Devices (iCloud)" in Settings, your portfolio data syncs via Apple's iCloud services to devices signed into the same Apple ID. This sync is managed entirely by Apple. The developer does not operate any sync servers and cannot access your iCloud data.
Backup and Restore
You may export a backup file to a location you choose. Backup files contain your portfolio data and remain under your control. The developer does not receive backup files.
Analytics and Tracking
The App does not include analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or device identifiers.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with third-party services. The only external service involved is Apple's iCloud, which is optional and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is rated 4+ and contains no restricted content.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account until you delete it. You can delete individual tracks, export and remove backups, disable iCloud sync, or uninstall the App to remove local data. To remove iCloud data, delete the App and manage your iCloud storage in iOS Settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
