How do I sync between iPhone and iPad?

Go to Settings → Sync → select "All My Devices (iCloud)." Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive enabled.

My iCloud sync isn't working. What should I check?

Verify iCloud Drive is on in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud. Open Settings in the App and tap "Show Sync Diagnostics" for details. Try "Force Sync Now" or "Reload All Data from iCloud."

How do I back up my data?

Go to Settings → Backup & Restore → Export Backup. Save the file to Files, iCloud Drive, or another location. You can import it later on any device.

Can I use the app without iCloud?

Yes. Select "This Device Only" in Settings → Sync. All data stays local on your device.

How do I link a project folder?

Open a track's detail view and tap the project folder option to select a folder from Files. The App stores a bookmark so you can reopen it later.

What does Archive Project do?

In Control Room, Archive Project copies your linked project folder to the vault destination you set in Settings → Backup & Restore → Archive destination.

How do I customize statuses and categories?

Settings includes expandable sections for Lifecycle Statuses, Session Statuses, Task Categories, DAW Options, and Genre Options. Add, rename, reorder, or remove items as needed.

Is my data private?

Yes. All data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account. The developer has no access. See our Privacy Policy for details.
